Antes de que el ciclo competitivo comience con la disputa del Cuatro y Medio, el I Master Codere medirá a los ocho mejores pelotaris (cuatro delanteros y cuatro zagueros) del curso. Y el najerino Álvaro Untoria está entre ellos.
